NO LIMITS COACHING WAS CREATED WITH THE VISION OF MAKING SPORT A FUN AND ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE.
GROWING UP IN SOUTH AFRICA, SPORT WAS THE BIGGEST PART OF MIKE’S LIFE. EVERYTHING THAT INVOLVED A BALL, MIKE GAVE IT A GO. SUCCESS FOLLOWED IN CRICKET, ATHLETICS AND RUGBY BUT WAS SHORT LIVED.
AFTER HE STOPPED PLAYING COMPETITIVE SPORT IN UNIVERSITY, MIKE FOUND THE WORLD OF COACHING AND REALISED THAT HE ABSOLUTELY LOVED PASSING ON HIS KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE TO YOUNG ATHLETES AND WATCHING THEM GROW AND IMPROVE.
14 YEARS LATER AND HERE WE ARE... HOPING TO HELP AND INSPIRE THE NEXT GENERATION OF SPORTING STARS.

NO LIMITS COACHING WAS BORN FROM A PLACE WHERE PASSION AND FRUSTRATION MEET.
HAVING WORKED IN MANY SCHOOLS AND CLUBS AROUND LONDON AND SURREY, I HAVE SEEN FIRST HAND THE LACK OF PROPER COACHING THAT OUR YOUNG PEOPLE RECEIVE WHEN IT COMES TO SPORT AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION.
I HAVE SET OUT ON A MISSION TO CHANGE THIS, ONE SCHOOL AND CLUB AT A TIME. WITH OVER 14 YEARS EXPERIENCE COACHING RUGBY, CRICKET, ATHLETICS, FOOTBALL, TENNIS, HOCKEY, BASKETBALL AND FITNESS, I WANT TO CHANGE THE WAY PEOPLE PERCEIVE AND ENJOY SPORT. I BELEIVE THAT SPORT HAS THE POWER TO CHANGE LIVES ACROSS ALL AGES AND THAT BEING INVOLVED IN AND LEARNING TO LOVE SPORT CAN TRANSORM PEOPLE.
OUR YOUTH ARE ESPECIALLY AT RISK WITH ALL THE TECHNOLOGY THAT CONSUMES THEIR LIVES. BY CREATING FUN AND INTERACTIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS, I WANT TO IGNITE THAT FIRE INSIDE EACH PERSON I COACH. WHETHER MY ATHLETES ARE AIMING FOR THE WORLD OF PROFESSIONAL SPORT, WANT TO IMPROVE THEIR ABILITIES OR JUST WANT TO BE INVOLVED IN SPORT, I AM HERE TO HELP. Session Coaching
We offer individual one-off or weekly sessions for mini’s, juniors, youth, girls, women’s & men’s teams.
Our sessions can be based on any area of the game that the coaches want to work on or as general skills sessions.
We offer session coaching only as well as session planning & coaching options.
Having worked with some of the top coaches around the uk, our knowledge & experience will be invaluable to your players & coaches.
Short term & season packages are available, which will include help on match days & training nights throughout the chosen period.
Pre-season sessions & packages are also available to ensure your players enter the season ready for action.
Coach development
We have a passion for building up the next generation of rugby players.
To do this, we need to make sure that those who are coaching them are well trained & equiped to do the best possible job.
We offer coach education & cpd opportunities to ensure your coaches are best equipped to get the best out of their players.
Classroom based as well as on-pitch training to improve their coaching, tactical & session planning skills.

The most important element of coaching is the relationship you build with your athletes.
We believe that if you can create a trusting & caring relationship with those you coach, it is so much easier to help them get the best out of themselves. We are passionate about helping those we coach to become better, more well rounded players & excel on the pitch. We offer 1 to 1 coaching as well as small group coaching to help players improve their technical, tactical & micro skills.
